Home Based Business or Three Things to Look For or Look Out for In a Home Business

Thinking of starting a home business. Beware of on line home businesses scams. Read this before you start looking for a home business so you can learn from my mistakes.

I used to trade stocks and futures, made a little money, but lost a whole lot when the market went sour in 08. I needed something to do to bring in some income so I started looking on the web for a home business. This is what I learned about getting into a home business with out being scammed.

Research the proposed home base business and look for these three items.

a. Does it have a phone number for technical support? Lots of these scam businesses do not. They require you to email them. If they list a phone number call it before you join. Some will list a phone number and the message will say that they only respond to emails. If you don’t see a phone number for technical support it is probably a scam. The one I got involved with had the phone number but said to save us money they only responded to emails. Took over a week to get a reply.

b. Is the business they are trying to sell you clear? Do you know what you will be doing? Some of these proposed businesses are not clear until after you join and spend your money. Then they will have a third party call you and offer to help you with your business. This is where the hook is. The one I got involved with had someone call me and for $3000 dollars would promote my web site. I told him I was capable of doing this my self, they he told me the only job I could get is at Wal-Mart. Told him I would be the greeter and be there to wish him well.

c. How can you get out if it is not for you? Can you call a number and get out? Can you opt out on the web? Those are good conditions. Be wary if you can only opt out by sending a letter to the company. I had to do that and it took another month and $49.99 dollars more.

The one I finally settled on for a home business and has all of the above requirements is Global Cash Flow Networks. It has excellent technical support. In fact they call you about every two weeks to check to see how you are doing and if you have any questions.

Everything was made crystal clear to me on what was involved, by a real person, who answered all my questions.

There is no monthly fee, you pay one fee, depending on the level will determine the cost. In addition, if you don’t make your money back in one year they will refund your initial costs.

I have read several blogs on the internet about how this is a rip off. And I have read several that have praised this business. My take on it is that the ones that say this is a rip off do not apply themselves to the training material provided. They expect to sit back and reap the rewards by not doing anything.

In fact I was reading one blog, this is the link, which starts off in august 2007 and continues for a year. His last post talks of how the person in charge of Global Cash Flow Networks., personally called the man and explained some of the aspects this person was complaining about. Now you don’t get service like that from a scam company!!!! I suggest reading this blog and then make up your mind.
